SELF CARE

1-day workshop is designed to support and assist Aboriginal staff in mainstream and community settings to developing skills to address and identify cultural loading/complexities to sustain well-being practices in the workplace. 

Course topics include:

  • Increased understanding about trauma and its potential effects on workers

  • Identifying Compassion Fatigue and its effects

  • Increased understanding of the importance of self-care within the workplace

  • Increased understanding around individual support requirements to address own care within the workplace
